Vehicle photos
For vehicles, photos help confirm the type of unit, running condition clues, damage, modifications, and whether the vehicle may need extra loading attention.
- Front, rear, and both sides
- Damage or missing parts
- Lift kits, large tires, racks, or modifications
- VIN or stock label if appropriate
- Auction yard or pickup area

Equipment photos
For equipment, photos help identify machine type, attachment size, track or tire condition, loading points, and anything that changes dimensions.
- All four sides of the machine
- Attachments, buckets, forks, or blades
- Model plate or serial plate if available
- Tracks, tires, or undercarriage
- Overall view with scale if possible

Auction and seller photos
Auction listings are sometimes incomplete. Send listing photos if that is all you have, then add current seller or yard photos when possible.
- Listing screenshots
- Lot or stock number
- Yard location photo if useful
- Release paperwork notes
- Seller contact details

Access photos
Access photos can be just as helpful as load photos, especially for farms, rural locations, jobsites, tight yards, or remote destinations.
- Driveway or gate entrance
- Loading area
- Road surface or slope
- Overhead clearance issues
- Space available for trailer positioning
