Privacy Policy
When you apply to drive with BEMAC Trucking, we collect the contact details, location, commercial licence class, experience, availability and other application answers you provide. You may also choose to provide a resume.
How we use your application
We use this information to evaluate your application and contact you regarding employment opportunities. Applications are stored in BEMAC's recruitment records. Authorized staff can review application information and resumes. Application notifications and confirmations are sent by email.
Information to leave out
Please do not include your Social Insurance Number, driver's licence number or photograph, banking information, date of birth, medical information or other unnecessary identity documents. The application asks whether a driver's abstract can be provided later; it does not ask you to upload one.
Owner-operator registrations
When you register as an independent owner-operator or transport capacity partner, we collect the business and contact details, equipment, service provinces, preferred directional corridors, freight capabilities, availability, commercial preferences and compliance declarations you provide. Equipment photographs are optional. We use these details to review suitable transport opportunities, contact you and search available capacity for future dispatch planning. Registration does not guarantee freight or establish employment.
Secure onboarding documents
Authorized BEMAC staff may request relevant documents during onboarding through a private link that expires after seven days and can be used for one completed upload. Submitted files are stored privately and are available only through authorized CRM access. Do not upload banking information or unnecessary identity documents. We record submission time and the version of the registration consent, and send application acknowledgements and staff notifications by email.
