Modification changes should be described plainly
Lift kits, lowering, oversized tires, roof racks, ladder racks, toolboxes, bumpers, camper shells, winches, and performance changes can affect height, weight, clearance, and loading.
A vehicle that is modified should not be described as if it is stock.

Height and clearance are common issues
Tall vehicles may need height review. Low vehicles may need loading clearance review. Wide tires, long bumpers, or racks may also matter.
Photos from the side and front help show the difference from stock.
Large tires, lift height, roof rack, and bumper should be mentioned.
Low clearance and front lip may affect loading approach.

Cargo and accessories should not be hidden
Tools, spare tires, boxes, racks, and mounted accessories can affect weight and expectations. If the vehicle is being shipped with items inside, that needs to be discussed.
The goal is to avoid discovering a different vehicle at pickup than the one described.
Photos are the best shortcut
For modified vehicles, photos answer questions that a make and model cannot. Send enough angles to show height, clearance, tires, racks, and condition.
- Lift or lowering details
- Tire and wheel size if known
- Racks, bumpers, or accessories
- Running condition
- Side, front, and rear photos
- Pickup access notes
